Delivery

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except on Belgian bank holidays. Products are sent by Bpost. The delivery periods vary between two days and two weeks after receiving the payment depending on the city or country of destination.

When a purchase has to be delivered outside the European Union, it may be subject to additional costs such as import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for the payment of all customs duties and all other extra taxes and fees charged by the destination country or state.

Returns

If one of the products purchased does not suit you, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days from the day following the delivery. Please contact us by email ( info@giulbrand.com ) indicating "Return + [order number]" in the subject line of the email.

The return can only be made if it is undamaged, in perfect condition and unused (with the exception of the normal fitting such as in a shop). The original labels and tags must still be attached as well as the original packaging. We will promptly and within no more than 14 days exchange the goods or refund all payments received for the cancelled order.

The return is at the customer's expense.
